Once again takes place in the Town where Ireland's greatest Rock 'n Blues
Guitarist - Rory Gallagher was born in Ballyshannon, Co.Donegal, Ireland.
Located in the North West of Ireland - Ballyshannon again stages this
Festival for the Second occasion following the success of 2003 where thousands of
Rory Gallagher's fans attended. The Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festival
2004 will again feature Rory Gallagher's Band - "THE BAND OF FRIEND'S"
who this year will celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Irish Tour 1974 - with
original members Gerry McAvoy on Bass, Lou Martin on Keyboards,
Mark Feltham on Vocals / Harmonica, Brendan O'Neill on Drums,
Gwyn Ashton on Lead Guitar / Vocals and Denis Greaves on Guitar/Vocals.
Also headlining this years Festival will be "PAT McMANUS (ex. Mama's Boys)
Yhe Painkillers". Pat McManus - one of the finest Guitarists of his
generation in Ireland. Performing in Ballyshannon also is the highly acclaimed
"BARRY McCABE" and his band - playing a blend of Celtic Rock which has
been highly influenced by Rory.
From New York, USA - "THE VICTORIA WARNE BAND" will remember
Gallagher's Blue's Music with female lead Guitarist Victoria Warne making
her first appearance in Ireland with her band. Leading Tribute Band's
"SINNERBOY" led by Barry Barnes,
"BAD PENNY" from Germany,
"RAW GALLAGHER",
"LAUNDROMAT" from Holland,
"REMEMBER RORY",
"STAGESTRUCK",

This International Tribute to Rory Gallagher is endless as the line up of
Performing acts also includes "NINE BELOW ZERO" and back by popular
demand is "THE PAUL ROSE BAND" - with Paul Rose in 1992 was selected
by the Late Rory Gallagher as Britain's finest emerging Young Guitarist,
while from Memphis, Tennessee -the USA making her first appearance
in Ireland will be "Rebekah Jeffrey" - performing her tribute to Gallagher in
a unique folk style of her own and locally the name Gallagher is very prominent as
Bundoran Guitarist - JOHNNY GALLAGHER is an amazing resemblence of
Rory Gallagher as you will witness alongside other local Acts - "Superfreaks",
"Black Widow", "Organised Chaos" and "Crave".
Over the four days of non-stop Music with these acts performing at Open Air
Concerts, in Guitar Workshops, Lectures & Films and Nightly Concerts.
